Hyperspace Mountain to Return

I saw this hidden in a thread that many may not see.

Looks like Space Mt will be down for Nov 1-2 and return in its Star Wars version on Nov 3. We only got to do this once on our last AP, and that because we caught a soft opening. I'll be excited to do this again, even though my kids really want the regular version back.

Huzzah! My daughter and I LOVED Hyperspace Mountain and I'm glad it will be back when we return this December.

It might be better if they ran it regular in the day and Star Wars at night or something, but the Star Wars version is so popular that people would get mad.

I found Hyperspace Mountain to be a mixed bag. I enjoyed most of it, after the ride got moving. But the beginning left me flat. We're slowing starting, but the effects show Hyperspace, which should be fast. At first, I was like "this is it?" but it did improve.

This just made my day! Coincidentally, I just emailed DL yesterday asking/requesting/hoping that when GG is taken down, HSM would return to take its place. I can only presume that they listened ;-).

That's great! Wish we could see it. We rode GG last week for the first and hopefully last time. I didn't like it at all; much preferred the original. But I've wanted to see the Hyperspace overlay.

My son will be thrilled. He was the first to officially ride HSM last November. I warned him that it might be gone this November, but so glad it won't. I'm just amazed that it will down for only 2 days.

Thanks for sharing. Hope they keep it around another year. I know some people are ready for regular Space Mountain (my favorite Disneyland ride), but I really want to experience this. It looks fun in the videos online. My daughter will LOVE this as she thinks all things Star Wars are great.

We rode it twice this summer and it was so awesome. One of those things you could get off and get right back on... except for that 60 minute standby line.
