Hyperspace Mountain breakdown yesterday (Thanksgiving)

Over the many times I've been to DL, I think I've only experienced three ride breakdowns. Two have been in the last week, oddly. In any event, HSM broke down yesterday. We were in the final tunnel where the pic is taken when the ride lurched to a sudden halt. Then the lights came on. After a few minutes, cast members pushed the car in front of us to the loading area. Moments later, we followed. It was interesting to see the tunnel with the lights on. Thanks for sharing. Weird to see it with lights on. I might have freaked out being stuck on the incline. Glad nobody was hurt

While we were there last Saturday, the soundtrack in our car was for Ghost Galaxy! Now that was strange (though we were allowed to ride again).

LOL, that would be disappointing but amusing! Glad they let you ride again.

We got a strange showing of Soarin where the 2 sides of the screen were not synched up so the part of the Matterhorn persisted for part of the next scene. I sort of expected them to let us ride again but they didn't. I guess I could have asked for a FP, but we were tight on time.

Last year the ride stopped when we were on approach to the tunnel. We had to wait and the lights came on. The cast members came and pushed all the cars through and we got to ride again. It was pretty cool!
