Do the rooms at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress have refrigerators? Also has one ever shipped a package to the hotel and is there a charge? TIA

We were there in August and no, I do not believe they have refrigerators. I'm pretty sure that I just chilled our water bottles for the parks in the ice bucket. You will love the Hyatt though! It was truly wonderful!

Thanks NJFabFour. Glad to hear that you liked the Hyatt. The last time we stayed at the Hyatt was back in 1999 when our son was 3. So it's been a long time since we have been. I do know that they are in the process of renovating so hopefully we will get one of the newly reno rooms. But if we don't that's okay, we are just very excited to be staying there again. We got the deal where you stay 3 nights get the 4th night free. So I talked my parents into going with us and we are all staying for 13 days. This will be my parents 2nd vacation ever. Their first was to Disney in 2006 with us. So we decided to stay off Disney property this time to take them all over Florida. We so can't wait.
