Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Orlando?

The last time we stayed at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Orlando was back in 1999 and we had a great time. My parents are looking to join us down in FLA in June 2009 but they want to stay at the Hyatt which is fine with us. Close to us but not too close. Has anyone been there recently and how was your visit? TIA

We're staying there in October for our wedding, and our tour operator (Virgin Holidays) just contacted us to tell us that as of early October 2008 through November 2009 they are rennovating the rooms, a wing at a time.

They said it won't affect our stay, but just something to keep in mind

Hi Luke, Congratulations on getting married. Thank you very much for the information. I will do some more research as I don't think my dad will be very happy if there are renovations going on. I know the resort is very big (1500 acres) and he probably won't hear anything but just have to be sure. I will never hear the end of it. Best of luck to you both.
