Hyatt place LBV or Convention Center

Which Hyatt Place is better for a WDW visit, LBV or Convention Center? I saw a warning on the Costco website about construction near the LBV one but don’t see any mention of it on the Trip Advisor reviews. We are two adults, no kids. This is for 2/6/18.

Sorry, the one with the construction is the Universal Hyatt Place not the LBV.
