We are so excited! The seller accepted our offer, and we will get the process kicked off on Monday!

Buying at OKW - 320 pts (with 320 banked ) at $54/pt. We are hoping to get everything closed in time for a summer vacation. We've stayed at OKW twice and love it - I can't wait to stay there as DVC owners!

When you say you have been ROFR'd twice, do you mean that Disney decided to buy your contract from the seller instead of letting you buy it? Twice? Is it because you offered too low amount of money per point?

Yes, that's correct. The first time we offered $85 and the second time we offered $89. We've seen some pass before and after ours from $74 to $88, so not sure why they picked ours to ROFR. Could've been a month or point amount someone on the wait list needed, who knows.
