Hunter rain boots - question

My 13 yr old daughter has saved up her $$ to purchase a pair of Hunter Rain Boots. She wants the fleece sock liner to go in them. I'm just wondering, do you wear other socks inside the fleece liner? Or do you need several pairs of the fleece liner socks? I feel like the liner would need to be washed each time if no socks were worn, but then they'd also likely be hot with both socks & the liner. I'm so confused!

Just wear the liner socks. Tell her to look at Joules boots too. I have both kinds but the Joules are a little bit lighter weight (and a little less money). Love them both.

I'm pretty sure my DD did not wear her liners with socks.

Also, if you have a Costco--check them for Hunter boots. My Costco had both the shiny and mattte finish last week for $79.00. They had them last year too. I noticed that they only got them in once and did not continue to carry them.

Make sure she tries on a pair with the liners. The liners made the tall rain boots too tight in the calf for one of my daughters. She had to get the tall boots with a little gusset in the back. I think the cost was the same but we had to order them.
