Hungry Horrors

Well it is the middle of the night I am the only one awake and I am really trying to restrain myself! I feel like eating everything in the house. Normally I cant eat at night, but for some reason I have the hungry horrors and this 94% fat free popcorn isnt doing it for me.

I'm the same way, I have to go to sleep on a full stomach. Snacking or nibbling on something won't work at all.

Used to drive my grandmother nuts in high school... here it is 12-1am, and I'm in the kitchen making pasta and chicken (my usual) or some other heavy meal.

Even to this day, if I'm really hungry at night, I can't just get away with a light snack, I have to eat a second dinner.

I also woke up in the middle of the night tonight (actually I do wake up quite often during the night EVERY night) but tonight I am STARVING!!!!

I had a big lunch yesterday, so I didn't bother eating dinner (just wasn't hungry) And now, I'm paying for it. LOL But since it's 5am right now, I think I just might have to have a big breakfast.

Well, it's a little late, but drink a glass of water and wait a while and see if you are still hungry.
