Just wanted to pop in and say thanks to all of you who've been bloggin' with us - hope the Non-Disney reviews have been as enjoyable as the WDW ones.

We have our brewer's dinner tonight, so that should be beery good times. Look for a review on that sometime this month, too. And a new Vegas review should be posted sometime this weekend ... hopefully by Saturday night.

It's a busy weekend for us - Jay's birthday is Saturday and his sister's birthday is Sunday ...

My dear dining friends ... can I just tell you before I pass out that the brewer's dinner tonight was DA BOMB!!!

We tried 8 different beers and doubled up on some and the food was awesome and I don't want to go to work tomorrow!

Thanks so much! I took Jay to PF Chang's for lunch yesterday and while I thought it was weird and scary (don't really like Aisan cuisine) I was surprised by just how tasty it was. And I took HPHammer's advice and tried their Key Lime Pie Martini ... yum!

I'm uploading pics from the Brewer's Dinner and hope to get that and the dessert tasting finished this week. Just depends on how busy things are at the office.

I finally made it back to your food report, but it had been so long that I had to start over from the beginning!

I'm only on page 49, but had to jump in to say that I also use the word gack. But it has a very specific meaning.

Gack is the stringy, slimy goo that forms on fudgicles and popsicles.

PFTS looks amazing! But do people form lines in front of the serving areas? If you have to be a bit pushy and shovy to get the good stuff, I think I'd be disappointed.

If I ever get a job, what a fun surprise this would be for my husband. He loves trying new things.

PFTS is a lot of fun. And while people line up at booths to sample the items they're most interested in trying, the lines move very quickly and people are usually considerate enough to get out of the way once they have their food and / or drink.

If the price tag hasn't been jacked up ridiculously this fall I do believe Jay and I will be headed back to PFTS in October. I hope you and your DH get a chance to try it some day!

Your reviews of Vegas gluttony will double the strip's economic forecast for the second half of 2008!
Makes me want to schedule a little trippy south myself.

I know what you mean about getting from point A to point B on that strip.
We got lost in the Lexor. After almost looking for a divorce court, we finally emerged. We were staying at the Mirage and thought checking out Mandaley Bay would be a hop skip and a tram ride. 3 HOURS later we arrived. Cab ride back.
