I was dealing with her last year and then we switched to onsite. I have emailed her a bunch about next year and haven't heard back from her?

I got a cheaper quote somewhere else and wanted to see if they would price match it. Any suggestions on how to get a hold of her?

I used the website form and got multiple replies from different people for the same quote. So it makes me wondered if they are too busy or just not organized. Any thoughts?

Have you tried calling? I have found most of the people there are terrible at responding to emails :/ I'd call.

Hhhmmm....I have always heard back from them promptly via email. I agree that you should just give them a call and speak to whomever is able to help you (I have spoken directly to a few different people at VS and they were all very helpful).
I have price matched with them twice, so I can't imagine it will be a problem.
