OK, now I know this sounds odd, but I have read in a few magazines now, that hula hoops (heavy fitness ones, not kids ones) can burn a lot of calories and help firm abs and hips etc. Has anyone tried this??
I think it would work, too. The PE class at school uses them all the time as an exercise. BTW, the hula hoop was voted the #1 toy of all time on the VH1 "I Love Toys" series. (Gee, I never thought I'd have a chance to use that useless piece of knowledge )
