Huh?? Why is flight # showing different cities for DME??

So, I booked our flights Yayyy!!!!

BUT, when I called DME customer service to add DME for us.... when he looked up our flight info in his computer, the flight numbers showed different cities. I am sitting here looking at my confirmation print out...
Southwest Flight #433 Louisville to Orlando and he says that when he pulls up 433 it is St. Louis to New Orleans.... HUH???
Then, our return flight is Southwest Flight 1824 Orlando to Louisville. And, he says that it doesn't even show this flight number.
He said that it may be because it is so far out still...and that it will probably change when it gets closer to time.

What do you think?? Do I need to be worried about something?????

I just checked FlightAware and it shows that SWA433 is a multi-leg flight that, over the course of the day, hops from one city to another, all as SWA433. So I'd guess that you're both seeing the same departure leg of the flight from MCO, but looking at different destinations hops.

Did he at least make the Magical Express reservation for you anyway?
(A dummy time such as 12:01 AM might be filled in)

Yes, I believe he did. I asked him if I need to do anything else, and he said that I should call back sooner to the date to confirm! Uhhh, yeah, I'll do that anyway, since he totally just made me very uneasy!!!

It doesn't really matter on the inbound - to Orlando. As long as you have a reservation and are a resort guest on the day you arrive you will be fine. In fact even if the flights are correct often the info says 12:00 as a pp mentioned. Just check in with DME when you arrive and you will be on your way to the resort.

On the outbound, back to the airport it matters So if your information isn't correct for the trip home you can change it at the airport when you check in for the trip to the resort. Or - save time and call DME from your room anytime prior to 2 days before checkout and correct the information.

You will receive paperwork the day prior to your departure from DME with info for your trip home -this does need to be accurate.
