Huge thank you to my employer!

I work p/t for a national dept. store, and yesterday was our associate discount day-we got extra employee discounts on top of sale and clearance prices- they had a gift wrap station for employees to wrap their gifts, they showed "A Christmas Story" in the employee lounge and provided snacks -DD10 watched the movie while I got a lot of my Christmas shopping done-and wrapped . On top of all that the store mgr. gave each employee a beautiful rose. I now have a lot of my Christmas shopping done(at a great price!) and wrapped!!!!

Lucky you! That a was a very nice thing for them to do for their employees. I am way behid schedule this year. I may actually have to face the mall this week.....ugh!!

btw, if you don't mind me asking, which major store? Sounds like something a Walmart would do, or maybe Target. If you don't want to say, that's okay too.
