HUGE last minute DISign request!!!!

I know that most of the DISigners require a reply on a thread, so I apologize in advance if I am breaking any rules. I also apologize in advance for being long winded.

I am responsible for planning our ENTIRE families trip to WDW 1st week in December 2011. There are 13 children in all. We normally do tropical vacations but are forgoing that for WDW.

This will be the 1st time that ALL members of my family have gone to WDW. I really want this trip to be more special than anything the kids have ever experienced. I happened to stumble across this site and then this forum and I am "obsessed"!! I want to do the following special projects for the kids and needs to if anyone is able to help me achieve this goal:

1) Personalized Autograph Books - only 7 of the kids
2) T-Shirt Design
3) Custom get excited to go to WDW letters

I also am looking for a different type of itinerary that more or less tells everyone what we will be doing each day. We are not on a DDP as we will be eating in our rooms (family tradition) so this is more or less a general type of itinerary.

I also am open to any ideas on how to help spread the "magic" while we are there making this SUPER special for all of the kids.::

I also want to do luggage tags for each of the kids. Once tickets are mailed to me I will be mailing the letters, luggage tags and tickets to the kids. Another thing is I would like help on travel activities for the kids.....okay hopefully someone out there is able to help me and is creative to suggest more stuff.

Again, I am so sorry for being scatterbrained...this site just takes me to a whole new level of insanity .. Here is a little more detail to what I am looking for:


Dates: December 3-11, 2011

Personalized Letters from the kids favorite characters letting them know that they are excited to meet them or something to to the effect. I am including the names of the children and their fav characters at the end of this post.

Welcome Letter
I would also like a welcome letter from Mickey welcoming all the kids individually. This can be the exact same letter, but will go in their welcome goody bags.

We are staying offsite at Hilton Grand Vacations at Seaworld. That would be cool to have on their as well as a place for a contact phone number....if that would be possible that would be spectacular. I thank you soooo much in advance. The kids are going to be overly excited.

Your requests are posted in my photobucket under DIS requests
I counted 12 kids names and Jushawn twice,,just double checking it's a total of thirteen 13 kids.

P.S.
I would suggest printing a contact # on the back of the tag before laminating them if you were going to laminate them,,,I couldn't fit a place on the front for a contact number.sorry
