Hubby got the email code yesterday...

I called and the CM said it was the same thing as the public room only code that's out. He said, "That's been out for 2 weeks, all the rooms are gone." (Now, according to the info I had, my dates for Dec. weren't showing on the room only public code, so I didn't call when it came out. I assume this email pin code is different.) I said, can you check, I have a ressie at CSR Dec 9-12 and I'd love to apply the discount if I can (I currently have room only AAA disc.) and he came back and said they only have CBR king and some kind of deluxe room at Saratoga Springs. Was anyone able to use this email pin? Is it the same as the public code? I'm thinking I might call back this morning and talk to someone else...

I have changed my reservations 3 times now!!!!
I got the email code. Just yesterday I added three nights on my stay with it , but at a different resort. This is the 1st week of december.
Someone posted that the email code is the same as the florida resident rates.
So I went into WDW site, under fl. resident, to check availability and price.
When I found what I wanted, I called cro, gave my pin and booked it.

Thanks sarah! I just called again and there wasn't anything, but she noted it and said I can keep trying to call back and see if there's a cancellation.

I agree keep trying. Sarah was right, they seem to be the same as FL resident rates, and you can probably check availability that way.
I checked last week and they didn't have what we wanted (AKL pool view), but today they did. We got a fantastic rate!!
