Hi everyone! We are gearing up for our Thanksgiving trip and I have some questions about HS shows. We are going on 11/25. We have 2 girls age 5.5 and 4 (we are a group of 6 with Grandma and Grandpa). We already have a FP for Frozen sing along. We also have a Fantasmic lunch package. It is looking like we can only fit 2 more shows in that day. Can you help me decide between Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Disney Jr? I'm considering skipping the Disney Jr. Would that be a mistake? We didn't go to HS last time we were in Disney, so this is our first time. This is what we have planned so far:

12:10-12:25 FP Frozen Sing along
1:30-2:30 Toystory Midway Mania
2:50 Mama Melrose Package
4:15-5:15 Tower of Terror (yes my 5 year old is game, 4 year old will prob hang with Grandma or Grandpa)
6:30 Fantasmic

We have no interest in the Rockin Rollercoaster. Thanks!

We just returned and saw those shows with my DD5. It depends on your kids, but personally liked beauty and the beast and little mermaid. For Disney JR, you sit on the floor and the characters come out of the stage so it's hard to see. But if you're short on time, LM and Disney JR are across from each other. But whatever you choose you can't go wrong as they would all work for their ages.

I think it depends on your family/kids and what they are interested in. We ended up skipping BATB because DS4 has never seen the movie and wasn't that interested (me, OTOH, would have chosen that first lol) but since he LOVES Disney Jr. characters, we chose to see that instead. If it were up to me I would probably skip it next time though. It wasn't what I was expecting (puppets, not life size characters as seen at H&V), but my son had a great time and really enjoyed himself (and would probably choose to do it again!)

As for LM, I enjoyed it, but my scaredy-cat 4 year old got a little frightened at Ursula and wanted to leave - he sat on Daddy's lap for a bit and was fine for the rest of the show.
