This is our first time doing a Moonlight Magic in a park. We did Typhoon Lagoon MM once.

A few questions:

Once MM starts will all the attractions be open or just select ones?

Can you make fastpasses from 7 until MM starts or will the Fast Pass system not recognize us since we don't have any other park ticket for that day?

I have read where sometimes people get a QS meal voucher. This says light refreshments - so I am thinking no voucher. Any thoughts?

For Epcot last year, I believe it was select attractions.

No, you can’t make FP for MM. They actually tried to stop us from using our legitimate FP (from earlier AP entry) when they saw our wristbands.

We never received QS vouchers. Never heard of them doing that. They just had light refreshments throughout the park - hotdogs, chips, drinks, ice cream, etc.

I was researching and saw something about meal vouchers too. So I was wondering the same. We have reservations at Hollywood & Vine for that night already so I wish I knew.

From reports I read it seemed like they had stations at MM events with food like hot dogs, drinks, etc. but moved to having meal vouchers at this year's Epcot MM (attendees can confirm for us!). This year's Epcot MM description also said light refreshments, so I think they don't want to promise anything or have anyone think it's going to be a substantial meal.

Voucher system entree meal and drink (no dessert)for epcot. They had ice cream stands, 2 I believe. Saw water with paper cups set up near normal FP area for illum

Are you referring to Epcot MM 2018? We went 2017 and didn’t have vouchers. If so, that’s great news.

Yes, 2018 Epcot MM used meal vouchers. No one knew about the meal vouchers until the event reminder email was sent out to those that were registered for the event.

Yes the one 8/15.

Hate to say it but a big let down after really enjoying the MK one in Jan. Inherently, fewer rides but the character selection was odd, no interest to my party. Lines were quite long for frozen and test track (which had a car stuck)

We left early and watched FW from bus stop. FW were enhanced but nothing like the 7/4 ones

I do feel very lucky to have gotten in on MGM one & looking forward to a great experience. WDW tends to learn and adapt well

We were disappointed in the Epcot MM (2017) as well and decided against trying to book it for 2018.

We really enjoyed the DAK & MK MM Events.

I’ve been searching for reviews on mgm event without any success. wondering if it’s the first one there

Epcot is so dark during late events; I told DH we needed a flashlight to find the characters/treats. Frozen was down for us and the FW were meh. I was still thankful to be there, but hoping for a better time at DHS.

In the description on the web site for HS MM it says "Executive Meet-Up is from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM." I wonder what that is.
