I will be a DHS at park opening, but don't doing any FP.

Only want 3 rides..TSM, RnR, ToT

In years past TSM was the be-all-end-all ride so you get there ASAP. Then RnR, then ToT.

Has that changed? Have they added extra lanes for the ride?

Oh by the way..going to be there Wed. March 21--SPRING BREAK!

What order do I ride in to do them the quickest?

Should it now be RnR at opening, followed by ToT (since it's right next door) and then TSM?
Opening at 9:00. Out by 10:30 or so? Tourning plans shows crowd level as a 6 that day.

You'll need to make sure Toy Story will be open when you're there. It's going through overhauls with opening of the new land coming.

If it is open, I'd do Toy Story then RnR, then ToT

If you’re going before toy story land opens, TSMM will likely not be running all 3 lanes so you’d want to go there first.

No matter what, absolutely do Toy Story first.

If I were solo I might then do ToT and then RnR solo rider line. You don't say whether or not you're alone but you only refer to yourself in your post so I assumed you might be doing this alone.

I'll be with my husband, and we don't mind doing single rider for RnR, but from past experience it moves SLOW! Might be just as quick to ride together.

TSMM definitely first, then ToT, and RnR. I don't know that single rider would be much faster on RnR though. On our last trip at the end of January, we waited 30 minutes or so in the single rider line while standby was running at about 45 minutes and that was doing the three rides at rope drop in the same order I mentioned. Seemed like every party in standby had an even number...

Why do you recommend ToT then RnR and not the other way around?

Because at least with RnR you still have a chance of getting through quickly on a single rider line, plus you always run a risk of them only running one side on ToT which can back up wait times later on too.

Sometimes I've done single rider on RnR and practically walked on, the past time was the longest I've ever waited for it and I'm hoping it was maybe just a fluke.

Toy story is going to be closing for fast pass for a bit and only be stand by, not sure if it's going to be when your going but do it first. We roped dropped it and we were off by 9:15 so lines at rnr and tot were still manageable and I did rnr single rider and waited 15 minutes.

It wasn't a fluke. There have been MANY reports here of people waiting almost as long in the single rider as the standby for this attraction. I don't know why this one is so much different from EE which has the same ride set-up. Perhaps the "fear" factor creates a buddy system, so fewer odd numbers riding?
