I was there around Christmas and am headed back next week. With the elevator being down at ToT what is HS looking like in actual wait times for the evening? Is the big line there, driving up wait times in the rest of the park? It’s our arrival day and we will be getting to the park around 4pm. Not planning to buy Genie+ bc our priorities are MMRR, BatB, Frozen and TSL rides. I would love to see the short fireworks there as we are taking a group who are looking at more experiences than rides. Thanks!

If batb is beauty and the beast you may be unable to do this. It usually is only a daytime show with the last show around 4 pm.

It's my experience that wait times have just been high throughout the park since star wars land opened. More people are there, and without some of the large shows like Indiana jones, there are more people in the ride lines.

We were there 3 weeks ago and lines may get a bit shorter in the evening but not much. Also, we were there 2 evenings and there were not any fireworks at all so I don't believe you'll see those.

I agree with @tkd lisa, that much of what you want to do in the way of shows will end soon after you arrive. Take a look at the MDE app and you'll get a better idea of what times shows run and also what wait times are like in the evening.

Thankfully there is a 5pm show when we are there so that is the first stop!

They have a “Wonderful World of Animation” show listed for 9pm on the calendar. But maybe it’s not that impressive and I would be better at hopping in SD at the end of the night instead!

Current plan is purchase $ILL for MMRR for 4-5pm, then immediately get in line for the 5pm BatB, mobile order dinner at Rosie’s, next head over to the 6:30 Frozen show and then from 7-9pm close walk through Galaxy Edge (not planning any Star Wars unless we end up purchasing RoTR for 7-8pm and finish the last hour from 8-9pm in TSL. I was hoping that starting at 8pm we would do Aliens, TSM, and then if the fireworks aren’t showing hop in line for Slinky at 8:55! But we all know how best laid plans go 😂
