HS after Fantasmic

Fantasmic rookie here. It looks like F will be at 8:30 and HS closes at 9. Is there anything you can squeeze in after F is over or is the day at HS pretty much over once you line up for F? Thanks.

The shows lasts about 25 minutes and it’s a long walk back into the park afterwards so you’re likely done for the day.

We like to visit on nights when Fantasmic is performed twice. Summer park hours until 10 with F! at 9 and 10:30 works out really well.

When we went last October, after Fantasmic was over everyone began walking towards the exits. The only thing that we saw open was the shop to buy merchandise.

No, you will not have time to walk to another attraction. Also, current runtime is more than 29 minutes.

We were able to squeeze in a ride on Star Tours after Fantasmic in January 2023. Not sure the timing of the show v. closing then. But it is slow going getting out of the stadium so it depends where you sit.

This may have worked with a different closing time but OP is asking about getting in line for another attraction when Fantasmic begins at 9:00 and the park closes at 9:30. It is not possible to do this for guests watching Fantasmic.

How does this work for reservations at Oga's after park closing? I have a trip in ~ 2 weeks where HS is closing at 9, I believe Fantasmic is at 8:30 and we have Oga's reservations for 9:50. Is it that much of a madhouse leaving Fantasmic that it's going to take us a while to get to galaxy's edge or will we be able to take our time and possible get some pics in a mostly empty galaxy's edge before our reservation?

Hopefully someone has an answer to this because I am in the same boat. Previous posts made me feel like the you can’t expect to do anything after an 8:30pm Fantasmic with a 9pm park close but I was just able to make a 9:20pm reservation for Olga’s.

Oga’s often books reservations for after park close. Enjoy leaving Oga’s when the park has emptied out!
