Just back from our third stay st HRH. It's a nice hotel and I stay there because my kids like the theme. What I don't like is that they charge for the fitness center. That is just wrong to me. The room is ok average size but there wasn't even a pen or a piece of paper to write on. I was given wrong info twice about the shuttle to SW and Aquatica. This wrong info caused me to have to wake up before 7 on two of our 5 mornings. The power went one night which is beyong anyone's control. Luckily it was only off for about 20 minutes. My daughter who is in her early 20s but looks much younger went to the desk and asked for flashlight. Instead of saying they didn't have one they threw a book of matches at her. I'm not sure what she was supposed to do with that. Could have been a dangerous situation as she could pass for 16. Ice cream parlor is yummy. DJ at the pool is great.

Do you have a Loews You First membership? Your 3 stays may have earned you Blue status and free fitness center access. The rooms usually have pads and paper - if you don't see it call star services and they will bring it to you.

Unfortunately HRH is not owned by Lowes anymore. I believe the other 2 onsite hotels still are though.

Actually, my stays there are always credited. Many other are also. I think it has more to do with the promotion booked than the hotel.
