Do the rooms have

-fridge
-coffeemaker

and is there a toaster available anywhere? Most (or all?) the WDW resorts have a toaster/microwaver near the quick service counter or food court. Any thing like that at the US hotels?

There is a Keurig coffeemaker in every room with coffee and non diary creamer. There are no fridges, just mini bars. There is a toaster downstairs in Emack and Bolios.
