We just spent a week at the HRH and had a great stay.But now that I think about it I am wondering if I missed out on my Loews perk.I have a new Loews card and I remember when I filled out the info page it gave me some options like beer and nuts, milk and cookies and others that I could have delivered tomy room. Of course I am home now so it really doesn't matter but it may be something I should remember for next trip.

One other thing I didn't realize is the Universal HRH is not considered a real Hard Rock Hotel it is a Loews hotel. I have the Hard Rock All Access card and when I used it at the gift shop and the HR Cafe I received my points but when I asked at the hotel they said no points since it wasn't really a HR hotel.No big deal but I was a little surprised.

Do you remember what discount you used for your room? That changes if you are eligible for goodies.

Didn't you book your room thru SW mickster?? Do I remember it was you or someone else?

I booked a package thru the web site which included room and tickets to the parks. Rate was around 284.00 so I don't think there was any discount.
