When I called to make reservations and asked about using our Loews youfirst we were told HRH was NOT a Loews hotel, yet I have seen other people mention it as it IS one and even discuss using the points(stays).

Could someone please shed some light on this for me?

It used to be but is no longer. It has been about 2 years since it was removed from the youfirst list at Loews. You can still book it through Loews though but it is not run by them and you don't get or use your youfirst privileges with them. They have their own All Access system.

Yes, lots of things at Universal are confuzzling.
