HRH confirmation??

I booked a room at the HRH about two weeks ago for our trip in September. I gave them a cc# over the phone for the 1st night deposit. I called them yesterday just to make sure we were all set (I had not received anything by mail), it took the rep about 15 minutes to find my reservation, she kept saying "we don't have any reservation for you". Anyway, she found it (my last name was spelled wrong - they had it starting with a "F" instead of a "S". Should I receive something in the mail (like Disney does)? I just like to have that paper to keep for records. Thanks.

I received a paper confirmation for the HRH for my trip coming up in October. I think it took about 2-3 weeks for me to get it. You can always ask to have one sent to you.

I booked PBH about 3 months ago... I did not recieve any thing... I have called about 4 times and they keep saying they will send one. The last time I called, about 5 days ago.. she said I will get one about 3 weeks before arrival.. she said didn't you get one e-mailed.. she said I should have.. she said she would e-mail one that day.. still have not gotten one... we check in May 31.. it would be nice to have a paper like Disney....amy

I have stayed at HRH twice and have never received a paper confirmation.

We're going next week and I haven't received a paper confirmation. I did call guest services to make sure our rooms were close together, etc. and everything is in order.

Hi,
I received a prompt letter of confirmation via snail mail after booking at the HRH. I wouldn't feel comfortable showing up without something in hand. But, I'm a worry wart! I'd at least ask for a confirmation # over the phone.

I also received a written confirmation in the mail from HRH about 2 weeks after I booked my stay.

Wow.. I keep receiving confirmations... sometimes I worry that something has changed or something is wrong.. they just keep sending them.

I swear I have 6 of them by now...

I called when I hadn't received my confirmation after 3 weeks. They said they would e-mail it to me. I never got the e-mail but got it through snail mail the following week.

I'm not staying at HRH, but I've gotten 2 confirmation letters in the mail from RPR. I thought it was strange too, but they didn't charge me 2 deposits so I figure it must be OK!

I have not recieved any paper confirmation,but I called and they said they would send one e-mail,( never did) but i do have my confirmation and they have checked it and everything is in the computer...so we are going next saturday,,,maybe I will call again..
