HRH Club Deluxe Room. She didn't believe me

She asked if I wanted a roll away for the room and I said I would like to request one of the deluxe rooms that have the convertable couch. She said they don't have them. I said I know they don't advertise them but I have heard from people who have stayed there and have had them in the rooms.

I told her I had the room numbers that I would like to request. She said with doubt in her voice ok but there are no quarantees that they will be a deluxe room lol.

But she did put the room numers in as a request lol

Room 7041 most definitely has a pullout sofa.

don't hold out much hope for you I did the same thing last year and we didn't get one. We did however get a rollaway free of charge.
