HRH and FOTL

I think this has been asked before but I can't find the thread.

When are you able to check in to HRH? Can you check-in in the AM and have them hold your bags until your room is ready while you go to the parks? Is the FOTL or Express perk valid then?

I thought I read where the FOTL was good until the end of the day you check out. Can anyone verify this?

Yes, you can check in that morning and they will hold your bags. The FOTL is valid for the dates on your room key card. From check in date through the check out date (and they will hold your luggage on your check out day as well)
I was not aware of the 'locker room' in the work out room, but you could take a shower and they have everything you could possibly need if you can't get to your things. It was great!
