For our group, we prefer the extra space of the Deluxe rooms but would enjoy Club Level... I don't see that as an option. Anyone know if they offer it?

there should be a couple of deluxe rooms on club level.

ask for the deluxe room when you check in.
if it is available, take it.

i've had a deluxe room at hrh before.

or is your question you want a deluxe room on any floor?

There are 8 dlx. club level rooms. 4 queen and 4 king. Like mac said you can't book them directly but you can request one at check-in.

Thanks for the info! I haven't decided yet if I'll cancel the deluxe and rebook as club level. I have an All Access membership -- I suppose it's too much to think we could be upgraded at check in from regular deluxe to club level deluxe?

what are you onsite dates?

the AA ends 9/30 and a new program starts 10/1

if you really really really want the deluxe room, don't cancel it.

the deluxe rooms can be assigned when you check in.
if they have none available, you won't get it then.

If you want club you need to book club. You will not be upgraded to club (I should say your chances are slim). Your chances are greater getting a dlx club level room if you are already booked on club. However, if a dlx room is most important book that.

Also, you can always get a roll-away in a regular room club level.

Also, you can ask at check-in what the upgrade is to be on club ($) but that doesn't help you with a dlx club room unless it is available.

If you book club, request the deluxe room when booking. May not make a difference, but at least it will be noted from the get go :thumbsup2
