HRH 12.99 Breakfast Buffet?

I noticed in another post someone mentioned the HRH has a 12.99 breakfast buffet between 6-7am. I haven't found anything online to confirm this. Is this just a summer thing or year round? Thanks for the help.

I am disappointed because we are leaving Friday to go back down....
