HPRP 2- The AHCR JDs just chilling mourning the loss of oatmeal~ <3

hermione:Thats brilliant!When should we start?

Max: It has been known to happen. I don't know. Whenever you and Harry feel like. It's not like we have to spread it around to a lot of people. What, isn't it just going to be like the AHCR JDs and the Weasely's? I don't imagine a whole lot of people would risk Umbridge to go to secret meetings.

Hermione:Yeah, its only the JDs and Weasleys. And if everything is good we can start tomorrow or the next night!

Max: I don't think we should have her along. I don't know if I'm right, but she sounds like she has a big mouth.

Adam: Only the biggest in the school....and she is following me by the way.

Max: Well, whatever either of you do, don't even mention it when she's near. I don't want her and she sounds like trouble. What Ron sees in her.......actually, I think it's best to be careful around Ron as well.

Adam: ...Ron has a port key, doesn't he?

The train started moving, families and students waving to one another. Everyone seemed to waving…except for one. Maxine had found herself an empty compartment, and settled in. What to do for the long train ride? It had been a lonely three years for her. She wasn’t quiet or shy, by any means. She was more…intense than most. She had developed a reputation for being quite the troublemaker as well. It’s not easy to make friends when all of your spare time is taken up by detentions. She looked out the window, wondering what she should do. Study? No, there was no work yet. Read? Well…maybe. For the moment, she was quite content to look out the window, thinking about the new Quidditch season…among other things, of course.

Hermione Granger had also found an empty compartment. She settled in and immediately took out a book. But she wasn’t alone for long. Her best friend Ron and his girlfriend Emilia came into the compartment, calling out cheerful greetings. Hermione noticed Ron had grown taller over the summer…more muscular. Suddenly, another fifth year appeared at the door: Quinn. Emilia’s best friend. Emilia rushed out of the compartment with her. Left alone with Ron, Hermione became a bit flustered. It wasn’t long before she found herself agreeing to do Ron’s homework…even before the school year started! Hermione wished that Ron would see her for more than a friend that’ll take care of the school work.

In the train corridor, Emilia and Quinn wandered, making sure everyone was behaving themselves. Behind them, Melody called out, happy to see Emilia, whom she recognized. They weren’t best friends, but they were friends nonetheless. Melody talked with Emilia about their newly established prefect status, but she left shortly to wander the rest of the train.

Amongst all the crowded compartments, Maxine’s empty one stands out to Melody. She begins to talk with her, asking her questions as though they had just met. Melody had known Maxine for two years from Quidditch, but she never really got to know her. It’s intriguing to Melody that someone who seemed so shy had such fire behind her eyes. Like she had so much more to tell than she wanted to at the moment. Melody only left the girl when she had to—to continue patrolling the train.

Meanwhile, Emilia had found the third years’ compartment. William and Adam had known each other since their first year. Isabelle had known them as well. Charlotte, the only Hufflepuff in the group, was welcomed easily. Isabelle and Charlotte were a bit nervous. They were much more shy than the boys. William and Adam were adventurous, bold, and even a bit rash in their quest for adventure. They struck up a conversation with talkative Emilia easily. Sneaking up behind them came Quinn, who scared everyone with her seemingly invisible presence. Ron had said goodbye to Hermione elsewhere on the train and came to join them. The presence of another older student was too much for shy Charlotte, who got up to leave, but then crashed down. Ron, lacking much empathy, burst out laughing. The others helped Charlotte up…and Emilia scolded Ron. Charlotte walked quickly away in embarrassment, while Emilia and Ron walked away, fighting with each other.

Melody’s patrolling was distracted for a bit by Hermione Granger. She was sitting alone again. Beforehand, she had seen Ron and her in the compartment together, without Emilia. It wasn’t difficult to see that Hermione liked Ron, so Melody had assumed that they were dating now. So Melody asked Hermione. The Gryffindor pretended to be confused. She didn’t know Melody very well, and she didn’t feel as comfortable as Melody did with sharing her feelings with whoever was around at the moment. Melody left after a while…she didn’t know how to talk with Hermione.

The train started slowing as they neared the castle. Students everywhere were pulling on robes, putting their things back into their trunks, looking out the windows. Maxine wandered out of her compartment and meets Adam. She also bumps into Emilia, whom she talks to about Quidditch for a bit. The other students gather around the windows, readying themselves to arrive at Hogwarts.

When the train stops, the students rush out, finding the carriages. Charlotte wanders for a while before Quinn invites her to sit in her carriage, which includes Emilia, Maxine, and Adam as well. They talk about favorite teachers, favorite classes as the carriage pull them closer and closer to the castle…their home.

If there's anything that you're afraid I'll put in, be sure to tell me. Since I'm going to try to put more detailed dialogue in, and there's a conversation you don't want me to miss, tell me :)

OOC: Love it! "It’s intriguing to Melody that someone who seemed so shy had such fire behind her eyes. Like she had so much more to tell than she wanted to at the moment." Total awesomeness!

Oh, and you should include mine, Quinn, and I think Emilia's conversation about Umbridge during dinner when we first see her.
