HP Muggles In Waiting Thread!

The sad thing is, the first time I saw it, I started craving tacos.

And the second time. And the third time.

But not anymore xD

Wouldn't that be great?

I guess the reason why people are so sad is Dumbledore can no longer do half of the good things he used to from a portrait. His work is basically done, but he can still be approached for advice and such. People are scared too. Voldemort isn't scared of him anymore, because as far as I know, people can't cast spells from a portrait. And just think of it. Imagine Harry carrying this big, bulky portrait of Dumbledore around while he's looking for Voldemort.

"Hold on, sir! Let me prop you up here so I can fight these Death Eaters!"

:lmao: :rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl2:

Whats a Horcrux I've forgotten now lol:guilty:

A Horcrux is an item that a person seals part of his/her soul into. You have to kill someone in order to divide your soul so you can seal part of it into the horcrux. It's considered unspeakable if you do it even once, but Voldemort did it several times. In all he had seven pieces of his soul, counting the part within his body.

Yay! New MuggleCast! :cloud9:

Who knew other hp fans on the disney site!!!! i have been a fan for years , i think harry is going to die because jk doesn't want anyone to continue the series after she is done dealthy hallows

Well, I know JKR doesn't want anyone to try to continue the series, but it doesn't seem to justify killing Harry. I mean, to completely eliminate the possibility of someone continue the series, JKR would have to kill off all if not most of the main characters. That seems just a tad unrealistic to me.

Hence my clever prediction that harry /his scar is a horcrux!!!

Voldemort TRIED to kill him. But no. So probably part of him still lives within harry and that is why potter is so deeply linked with the dark lord.

Ok Im done. xD

My only question about the Harry/Harry's Scar=Horcrux is this:

If Harry or a part of him is a Horcrux, why is Voldemort continually trying to destroy him?

Otherwise, I'd love the irony of the theory. The only answer I can come up with to this question is perhaps Harry is somehow an "accidental" Horcrux. How does someone/something become an accidental Horcrux? I have no idea.

Another question, maybe someone knows: can an actual person be a Horcrux or does it have to be an inanimate object?

Nagini, the snake, is a horcrux so it can be a living thing.

To regain part of his soul so that he may place it somewhere else?

Maybe by killing Harry he regains that part of him back?

Or he might not know about it at all. It sure does explain a lot.

What do you think Snape was up to if not doind something evil?

If Harry is a Horcrux, I don't think Voldemort knows it. Wouldn't that be a switch and a half?

I heard an interesting theory the other day in a voicemail featured on MuggleCast, it had something to do with Harry using a time turner and witnessing his parents' deaths, but not being able to do anything about it 'cause it would mess the future up. The theory went on to suggest that Harry has witnessed the events of the books through his trips to the past with the time turner. I don't know how likely it is, but it's a really interesting theory.

I like that idea that he may go back and see his parents using a Time Turner. It would be way stressful to see them get killed though.
I think Voldemort didn't know that Harry was a horcrux for a long time but that he figured it out when he possessed him for a short time at the end of Order of the Phoenix when Voldy was fighting Dumbledore in the dept. of Mysteries. And, I do think if he killed Harry he would be killing that part of his soul.

I think Harry will sacrifice himself to save the wizarding realm.

Alot of wet eyes in the theatre then eh? ;)
