Hi,

Is anyone here an HP employee? I know you get access to a lounge area of Mission Space but is it for HP employees only or is it a VIP area? What is there? Do you get FOTL access to Mission Space too?

Thanks,

I would recommend you check with your supervisors if you are (or related) to an HP employee and see if you can get access.
The lounges are reserved for VIPs, guests and employees of the corporate sponsors but you will be required to have a pass or have your name put on guest lists.
They usually have free sodas & water, sometimes snacks, a cool place to get out of the heat and away from the crowds and put you at the head of the line to ride when you are ready to depart.
They usually restrict your access to once a day.
Good luck!

If things haven't changed since August '04, HP employees are given access to a nice lounge area which is upstairs overlooking the indoor queue for MS. To get in, you must show a valid HP ID which admits you and your guests (you also sign in upstairs but don't know what info you have to provide). The lounge area is nice with complimentary soda, restrooms, a few games for kids, internet access I think and nice seating area. When you want to go on MS you're taken down and put in the FP line. My BIL (an HP employee) and I went on the ride while my DH and DS waited for us in the lounge which was no problem. After getting off we went back up to the lounge, hung out a bit more and moved on.
HTH and have fun!
