Obviously, its VERY basic, but I just want to make sure I'm not missing something obvious. I don't want to do any waterparks, so that's no big deal, but what else should I plan to do?

Hey.. Welcome to the Dis... it looks great to me.. I always like to eat at the Brown Derby at MGM and one of our favorite restaurants in Epcot is Teppaniki.....just thought I would share those ideas with you.. I always suggest priority seating reservations as well.. it is just easier... Keep us posted on your plans..

Looks like you dont have any kids if you are doing those tours. You also didnt mention when this trip was taking place, if its a busy time you should make priority seatings. Also take into consideration travel time if you are using disney transportation and my only comment is that it seems you dont have too much rest or resort time figured in. But as long as you can do all that it sounds fun.

My suggestion would be to move some of the parades and night time shows like Illuminations to early in the week if you really want to see them. That way, if the weather is bad and you miss the show, you will have other nights later in the week to see it.
