Question--is this clippie for when you exercise EVERYDAY (if so, I get the one week) or is it for consistently exercising even if you take a day or two off per week (at which case I would be at 3 weeks)???
I have a 6 week exercise plan/schedule which is helping me stay focused everyday...I love it! (not the exercising...just the plan--LOL!)
BTW, the clippies are so great, everyone is going to want them!
