How's this for an exercise plan clippie?

Question--is this clippie for when you exercise EVERYDAY (if so, I get the one week) or is it for consistently exercising even if you take a day or two off per week (at which case I would be at 3 weeks)???

I have a 6 week exercise plan/schedule which is helping me stay focused everyday...I love it! (not the exercising...just the plan--LOL!)

BTW, the clippies are so great, everyone is going to want them!

If so, I'd say that you get one if you stick with an exercise plan of at least 3 times a week, whatever your plan is. You define your plan (mine's in my journal) and if you stick with it for 1 week, you can use the 1 week clippie. 2 weeks, 2 week clippie. 3 weeks, and so on. Doesn't *have* to be every day (don't they say 1 hour a day, 3 days a week is good?), just sticking with your plan. How does that sound?

That works for me. Since I just started my exercise plan, I am going to only count this last week.

Hey mods -- question. Would this count as an "official WISH clippie" and thus the "one WISH clippie" that can be beyond the 400x400 clipart square in the clipart guidelines?

Of course. I already had one planned. Just give me a couple of days to get it done. There isn't a cute Mickey using weights like that, but there's a Mickey jogging -- that okay?
