Reading one of the other posts...got me thinking....450 people in each of the restaurants (excluding Palo)...all that food..something is bound to happen with somebody's food. They should do a Food Network show on how the DCL cruise lines does the rotational dining (from the kitchen). I know you can try a lot of different things or if you don't like something you can substitute, but I wonder how they do it? Do they make it right there and then or make extra a head of time? Do they ever switch menus or do they serve the same old, same old? Seems like the majority of people like the food. Of course, everyone's tastes buds differ, but as long as it's not cheap cafeteria type food..aka fake mashed potatoes!
