How's Mama Melrose's?

We went for DH's birthday last year and the service was great!! Kevin was very attentive and we were glad not to feel rushed b/c we had had a long, grumpy day at MGM. MM was the best part of the day (until we saw Fantasmic!) I had the chicken flatbread, DH had chicken parmesan with fettucini and I think DD5 had the kids' grilled chicken. I know she loved the minestrone soup for her appetizer! And...they brought us a GIANT b-day cake (8 or 10 inch) when I had only ordered the 6 inch, non-individualized. This one had raspberry filling and sugar flowers on top! That was a yummy treat that lasted the rest of the week in the fridge at the hotel!

We ate there earlier this month for Fantasmic and you can order anything from the regular menu. We all had the Chicken Parm, I'm a picky eater and thought it was really good, so were the desserts. Service was slow though.

We as a family of 5, 2 children and one infant, 2 adults did not have a good experience at mama melros, we ate there on the dining plan on May 19, we were treated rudly by the hostess and recieved horrible service from the waiter, and the food when it came to us was cold....not cool ,cold!

I was not to impressed with Mama Melrose's. I had charred steak ( no, it was not overcooked, that was a meal option.) The dessert was good, and so was their appetizers, but the main course was not all that.

Ahh Mama Melrose's! The food is sooo good. I lived in Italy and can tell you it is authentic. Try the bruschetta. It is fabulous. Spaghetti fra Diavola is very good if you like seafood. Also, the tiramisu is exceptional.
