I love chicken tenders, and I’m…a woman of a certain age. My husband rolls his eyes when I order them at a restaurant that has more adult options available. Chicken Guys tenders were the blandest tenders I’ve ever had in my life. Bar none. I didn’t think they were dry or greasy, and the breading was crispy; they were just flavorless. I commented to my DS they must simply be a vehicle to get the sauces to your mouth.I’m surprised at the more negative opinions. What are we comparing it with? The bar only goes so high in the universe of fast food chicken tenders and I would argue Chicken Guy is near the top. I like it better than Raising Cane for example while Chick-fil-A nuggets and sauces give them a run for their money.
That being said no one should be waiting 45 minutes for fast food tenders. I’d probably lose my patience at about 10 minutes and go somewhere else.
For me its the various dips that make it. Ive been a few times now since opening and its always busy. Good luck and if you like chicken, go for it.My DGDs love chicken tenders and Chicken Guy seems perfect for them. How is it? And I hear that it gets pretty busy. Is there a time of day that's not as busy?
I love Chicken Guy, especially all the different dipping sauces. Join the club and you get two extra sauces free with each order. Get there early though because it gets very busy.

I’ll agree about the Chicken Guy sandwich. We had one on Monday. The chicken was pretty sparse for a place called Chicken Guy, but there were loads of other fresh toppings and the sauce was pretty tasty. Although we discussed that we could have easily been eating a fast food kids’ burger with extra lettuce since the chicken was so overpowered by everything else. Basically the flavor was there for everything but the chicken.I have yet to get this to work. I have joined the club. And yet, when I log in, I am never able to see it or figure out how to use it. I wish they would just email or mail a card.
I think I have it all sorted out now, but in the past, I have had issues with trying to use it while ordering online, and then somehow, I didn't have a phone number attached to my account, so I wasn't able to use it in-store.
Like I said, I was able to get it all ironed out. But...ask me about it next time I go. Haha.
Gonna disagree on Raising Canes. I would say Canes' chicken is far superior, both in flavor and crunch. And I would take Canes Sauce over any sauce at Chicken Guy.
But, I do like Chicken Guy quite well, and I would also put it near the top. I am actually a big fan of their sandwiches. If you are someone like me who likes a lot of lettuce on your sandwich, it is right up your alley. It's very filling, and a great deal, I think.
I had the BBQ Chopped Chicken salad the last time I was there and it was actually quite nice.
