Howl-O-Scream Review

So last night I went to Howl-O-Scream opening night with some friends so I figured I post my thoughts on the experience.
Houses

Nightshade Toy Factory: Son of Nightshade- It was a fun house, it wasn't all that terrifying but it I enjoyed going through it, it had some good scares.

DEDer Extreme Rush- It was a interesting house to go through, it had its good scares, I fond the concept of the house quite quite twisted and disturbing though lol

Trapped in the Walls- By far my favorite house, the scares in here were just everywhere last night! This house was one I wanted to go through again.

Taste of Blood: Another really good house for scares, this one is also a favorite of mine.

My X: Revenge Rocks: I was looking forward to this house, but it was a true disapointment. It really wasn't scary at all, there was only one good scare throughout the whole house.

We didn't get into Alone, Deconstruction, and Death Row Vengance, the scare zones this year were interesting though, I liked them.

I really wanted to make it out there for this weekends freaky preview seeing as how I have a Platinum pass which gets me in free,but I just couldn't make it,bummer!! If I lived closer and didn't have to stay overnight I would have gone.On other years Howl O Scream has had houses on par or ever better than HHN,if you've been to both this year which would you say has better houses.The event as a whole is always more impressive at Horror Nights but many years I did both I just kept telling myself how I thought Howl O Scream had better houses,especially back when they had those 3-D houses,I always liked the HOS ones better.

I haven't been to HHN yet but I found Taste of Blood and Trapped in The Walls at the HHN level, Trapped just blew my mind for some reason lol. But I won't be able to make the judgement on who is better till I go haha. But I have been hearning some really good things about a couple houses at HHN.

We went Saturday night and I thought Taste of Blood was dumb but Trapped was pretty good. The problem with ALL of the houses though is that they were herding people through in one long line so you could see the scares before you got to them So not very scary.

The Blood Relations show was HILARIOUS!

Oh and in the Toy Factory I about fell over in the swirly tube! OMG I thought it was tilting like crazy and I had the railing SHOVED into my side holding me up LOL (I wasn't drinking)
