As JimmyTammy said, NC State kicked UR's butts! 42-0 is not a good way to start the season. My dad's a Sr. Assoc AD at UR & I don't think I'll be talking to him for a few days...gotta give him time to cool down. LOL

We like a lot of different college teams in our house. My favorite is USC. DS is a grad of U of Maryland, go go terps. We are thrilled that our state university, Rutgers won yesterday and we also like Penn State. So yesterday was a great football day in our house.

Unfortunately, Wake Forest (undergrad alma mater) got beat (Clemson 37-30 WFU)

After an hour weather delay where we got soaked, a few (probably drunk) fans doing belly flops on the field and one brave streaker (the rain made it kina cool if you know what I mean). LSU barely squeaked out a win over Oregon State. 21-22 overtime win thanks to a few missed extra points by OSU. Honestly, we got lucky.

Woooooooo Pig Soooooooie !!! The Arkansas Razorbacks crushed New Mexico State, 63-13.

That being said, I wish teams wouldn't beat other teams by that large of a margin. The only reason NMS played Arkansas was for the payday, so jeeez ... why rub it in? Those kids don't deserve to be humiliated like that.

My DD goes to Arkansas State, and they got whipped by Missouri, so it wasn't all great.

Purdue is playing right now. Their first ever Sunday game in Ross Ade Stadium.

So far we're beating Syracuse 20-0.

My college doesn't have a football team, but I cheer for Michigan, and they beat Miami (OH) 43-10.
