Howard Johnson or Rodeway by main gate?

Anyone stayed at these recently? The ones on West Irlo Bronson by the main gates. I'm just looking for a very cheap place to sleep and shower for one night, I'm not picky as long as there's no bugs and isn't grossly dirty. The pics all look nice, are they decieving.

I have stay at HOJO almost every year (one year I stayed across the street at Quality Suites). I stayed at Rodeway when it was still a part of HOJO. I like it. No bugs or mildew or any of that stuff. Rodeway is cheaper when I checked last. I'm booked at HOJO's for July 19th to Aug3rd for about $35 a night. I like it there, you be good for one night.
