this is a great hotel, but seems very pricey lately (close to $200 a night).
rate with mousesavers discount (same as travelocity's discount) is $150/night for theme park view room (superior is what they call it), pre taxes, for the Fall. Not too shabby.
Non-theme park view rooms were $126/night.
Yeah, we go late Sept and the hotel is pretty much sold out. It's ok the Fairfield next door is $129 a night, better hotel overall just no water park.

That's a GREAT rate for a Fairfield! Especially given it's proximity to DL!

The Howard Johnson Hotel is a moderate hotel, located across the street from the Disneyland Resort.
You can see it when riding the monorail.

It is a 7 minute walk to the Disneyland and California Adventure parks entrances, but you might want to take the ART (Anaheim Resort Transportation) after a long day at the parks.
Here is the Howard Johnson with the ART parked in front.

There is also a quiet pool surrounded by the buildings and pine trees. It was quite nice.

Also Hampton inn, Embassy Suites Anaheim south have suites with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. We have stayed at both. They both have a free hot breakfast as well. I prefer Embassy Suites.Does anyone know if they have rooms that sleep 6? 2 adults, 4 kids?
