This might sound so naive but how do you eh... submit?! ... a dream? I have been seeing things about people winning dreams but how do you let someone know what you want? I have looked but I just don't understand I guess. I know that sometimes CM go hand them out at random but what about the other types of dreams?

Except for sending in postcards, there is nothing you can do. You have to be at the right place at the right time and you have no control over what prize it is. Completely random chosen by computer.

yeah thanks... I found another post with all of the information.... looks like I'll be using up all of those misc. Christmas stamps I have from the last 8 or so years... 33 cents plus a ton of 3 and 1 cent-ers will cover the envelope but its better than nothing, right?
