how would I be able to go this summer without hassle?

OK so I might wanna go to WDW with my middle brother this summer... he already went in January with some friends (he called it "the Disney trip from hell") so he might not wanna go this year, but eh we'll see.... I was thinking this is what we'd do...

Spend half the day at Magic Kingdom (since I only wanna do Tomorrowland, mainly for Tron... have no interest in the other stuff) and the rest at EPCOT...
next day Hollywood Studios.... dunno about Animal Kingdom, but maybe.....
the final day will be spent at.... Mike Myers voice Universal Studios~ (CHA-CHING) hopefully we can get to go on Velocicoaster and maybe I can step it up a notch and go on Doctor Doom's, because the Tower of Terror won't really be that scary (I hope...)

I wanna stay in a Disney hotel, but then again.... too much fleeping money.... we might just stay off-premises.... also how to avoid lines (ESPECIALLY FOR TRON...)

As for avoiding lines, purchase the universal pass at universal and genie+ at Disney. That will help somewhat with the lines. But for Tron, I don't think it has been announced yet, but I assume it will have a virtual line like other recent new attractions. So wake up early and try to secure a spot in the virtual line for later in the day. But if you are going in the height of summer, there are going to be some lines. prepare yourself.

Whether its the trip from hell, nobody can really answer that for you. I find that if you expect a trip to be bad, it will be bad. but if you are flexible in your plans, maintain a positive attitude, and go with the flow, then you will likely have a good trip

Is All Stars or one of the other value hotels really out of budget? Or a Disney Springs one that qualifies for early entry? That early entry will help.

All-Stars is my aesthetic. Didn't consider that... I've had my heart set on the Port Orleans Riverside ever since age 11, but we've never gotten to go... last time I went I stayed at Art of Animation (I remember reading about how it was the unfinished half of Pop Century so quite a coincidence) I'd love to try one of them
