We already have gone for President's week........with points borrowed from '05. My DD is going to BCV in July with her friends as a graduation present.
Next trip for me President's week '05. Even though my kids will be out of school, I work in the district and still have to follow the school calendar.

We have 400 at OKW and 300 at VB.

We are going to VB in June with family(Beach Cottage) then to OKW during x-mas in a 2BR(3 nights)...........then in Feb we rented 300 pts to pay for our cruise for 3 adults(instead of 465 pts).

300 at OKW and 215 at BCV

We had a week at OKW in 1 bdrm in early February that we had to cancel because of hospital stay. So that trip is on hold, literally in holding account. May try late fall or January to rebook.

We have a little over a week in April as I am attending a DI conference at CS to which we added a night there and then four nights at OKW in 1 bedroom.

In August we are doing a short trip to AKL concierge for five nights on points. Can't wait for the sunrise safari!

That is it for DVC points in 2004. Our other big trip is in September, 12 days in Hawaii. One week at the Marriott Vacation Club in Maui and the rest at the Hilton on Waikiki. Just love those FF miles/points!

we are going Nov26-Dec4, this year. We banked our points from 2003 and borrowed some from 2005 to get two grand villas and a one bedroom at the boardwalk for a family vacation with 23 people total. we usually go every other year and invite alot of people. A year ago april we had 19 so we keep getting more family.Now if only I can get someone else to become a member.

currently have 51 remaining. Will borrow 9 to book studio at WLV for 5 weeknights in January 2005

With our kids' schedules and life as crazy as it is, we bank/borrow and do our DVC-*** semi-annually. We have 205 pts (all BWV).

So we banked over our pts from 2003 into 2004, and this August, we will be staying 1 nt at BCV (on cash discount) in a 2br; then moving to a 2br std view at BWV for the next 8 nights (338 pts) then, when our company leaves, we are heading over to SSR (3 more nights, 1 br for 75 pts). Total -- 413. We also have plans int0 2005 for a short 5 night stay, all things permitting, to HH (aiming for last week of March, which is the week after Easter, andwill call right at the 7 mos mark to attempt, but if we can't get a 2br then, we will shoot for Thanksgiving!) Either way, it's 105 pts for that. We are then debating our next trip -- whether to try a short holiday Disney trip (5 or 6 nights pre-xmas or 5-6 nights post-new years, and actually flying, instead of the 15 hr drive) or try a cruise or try Vero/HH and do Cape Canaveral and other stuff along the coast.

Ah DVC so many choices.. never enough pts (or the vacation and extra $$ to use them! )

With 225 points and 130 banked from last year, I've booked 2 2br's and 3 studios at HH for Thanksgiving, 5 nights. We're gathering family from across the country.

I'll have just enough 2004 points left for 5 nights in a studio at Vero in Sept or October. Of course, if Sis and BF want to come, I'll borrow a few more.

Started December UY with 400 points. My contract is for 200 points each December. Am staying in May 2004 at BWV 1 BR Std. view for 7 nights. Then in Nov. 2004 will be back at BWV in a studio BW view for 4 nights.

Banked the left over points and will use them next April 2005 at BWV in 2 BR BW view with friends that will be their 1st trip to WDW. Will bank any left over points to 2006.

One thing about DVC, it gets me into the mode of planning many years in advance!! Not that I mind.

I have 200 pts. per year, February use year. I bought in Feb. 2004 and got all 200 pts then...I did not sell back my points.
The plans so far:
3 nights in a studio at SSR August 16-19th, just DH and I. Banking the remaining 164 pts. for 2005.

August 2005: 3 nights at POR, then 6 nights at SSR in a 2 BR for DH, me, and our 3 sons. Will still have some of 2005's points to bank over into 2006. 2006's plans aren't made yet.

We banked last years 240 points at BWV....We are borrowing just about all 240 points for next year. So we are using 700+ points this summer for a 17 night stay in a 2B villa at the Boardwalk. I have 4 sisters and lots of neices. A first nephew is due anytime. My sisters and their families are coming down in shifts.

I just called for some priority seatings....so I am starting to get excited about this long vacation.

We just bought 260 points at SSR, so I will have to think about how to use those points, LOL

Just bought into SSR......Easter 05 will have a 2 bedroom with single kids and Easter 06 will have 2/2bedroom and 1 studio for married,single and 6 grandkids!

We are using most of our points and splurging on a one week stay in a one bedroom at SSR this June. (We have 275 points.)

This will be our last trip at WDW until at least next summer. (I'm having a baby in October.) Figured let's use the points instead of banking them and enjoy a great trip!

We started our use year (October) with 450 + 148 banked points. We exchanged 196 for 4 nights in New York for Thanksgiving, and we leave this Sunday for 6 nights at HHI (our fisrt time there ). We are on a wait list for an II exchange to St Johns, VI, but if that does not come through, we also have ressies for 4 nights in Oct at BWV and 4 nights during Christmas week (including NYE) at BWV.

We (me DH and DS15) have 430 points (230 = BWV, 100 = VB, 100 = SSR)

We went to HHI for President's week in a 2 bedroom and bought along Mom and niece and nephew. (used our final 2004 points and paid for 2 days in cash)

Added on 100 SSR points so . . .
In August, going to BCV in a 2 bedroom for 3 nights (178 pts), then on to VB in a 2 bedroom (188 pts) and a Inn room (77 pts)for 5 nights bringing Mom, Sis, Niece and Nephew.
Giving my Aunt and Uncle a studio (81 pts) at BCV in August for their 50th wedding anniversary.

Then we are all leaving on the Magic to celebrate Aunt and Uncle's anniversary with a vow renewal on board (paid cash for this).

That used my 2004 100 SSR pts and borrowed 2005 424 points leaving us with 6 pts for 2005. Oh well, next year it will be just the 3 of us!

I love this thread and reading what everone is doing to get the best use of their points. Great idea JessetheCowgirl!

I sold 72 points to secure a reservation for a fellow diser. I used the cash from that to secure my Universal reservation for August.

Then I booked a 1 bedroom at BWv for the boys and I in December 5th through 10th.
I also booked a studio for my SIL BWV same dates.
I aslo booked my mother BWV same dates.
Same dates I booked a prefered view studio (am on the waitlist for standard view) which is up for sale to 3 possible neighbors, who ever makes thier plans first has first dibs.

SIL and neighbors ressies are sold to them, Then I use the cash for spending money for the kids and I, That way it's not a big expense right before Christmas It makes me fee alot less quilty!

We're new DVCers, purchased 150 points last October. We'll use all but 16 of those when we go this September:

--5 nights in studio at BWV, just DH and I
--2 nights in 2BR at SSR, taking my parents who live in Florida and are both celebrating their 80th birthdays this year!

Future plans are up in the air, but within the next few years our grandkids will be old enough for a trip to see Mickey!

We banked points from last year and are borrowing almost all our points from 2005 for a 9 night vacation in a 2 bedroom (split between BWV and WVL).

This is part of a family reunion gathering. There are 8 in my party; we expect another 20 or so - most will NOT be staying onsite - I just couldn't convince them it was worth the money. Too bad for them.

We also plan to go again during the first week of December for CP and MVMCP. Hope to get a good AP rate (no points left).

I am going to borrow some 2006 points for a trip in early April 2005 to get a third visit out of our APs.

Then I have to take a break because DH wants to go to Europe.
