how will the first few days of F&W affect crowds?

is the opening day/weekend/week at F&W a mad house? is it better to hit that park during the day or evening to avoid F&W partisipants? is it any harder to get in to the regular restaurants? (DS will have a fit - as will DH if we can't get into the Biergarten for chicken shnitzel)

We were there the fist weekend last year. We spent the first day (friday) at Epcot and it did not seem that crowded to us. We were there for a little bit that sunday as well and it was not that bad. We ate there on Friday at LeCellier and were actually able to get in a little earlier than our PS.
