They are amazing! They saved me $1500 over every other place I got a quote from for my cruise in April '05. They responded in less than 24 hours with a quote, when I called about our deposit, the girl on the phone was wonderful. She was very polite and courteous. I would highly recommend booking through them. I've used them for room only ressies before, but the price on my cruise was the absolute best!
