How we tour MK @ WDW

Great pictures in your blog post!

I've done all kinds of different MK touring strategies. We're not a hardcore "touring plans"-type family, but we do have a general game plan. For our upcoming trip, our first summer trip, I'm approaching things a little differently. We'll spend two days at MK, arriving at rope drop. On the first morning we'll head first to Splash, then to BTMRR (the Washer and the Drier, as a CM told us on our last trip! :rotfl2:). With those under our belts, we'll spend the rest of the morning doing the other Adventureland/Frontierland attractions. We'll break for an early CS lunch, maybe hit a ride or two on our way out, and head to our hotel for a rest. When we get back to the parks late in the afternoon, I'm planning to have FP+ a few of the Fantasyland/Tomorrowland rides. The next day, we'll reverse that plan, hitting Fantasyland/Tomorrowland at opening, then re-riding our favorites in Adventureland/Frontierland using FP+.

Thanks for sharing your plans and experience. One thing we always tell others that ask us for recommendations is to be flexible and find what works best for you and your family.
We have see our plans change throughout the years as our kids get older and our interest change. During out last trip to MK we all lasted from rope drop till 2:30am. Luckily, we were staying at BLT and was able to just walk back to the resort.

My wife and I attending the Rock Your DisneySide 24hr Party at MK in May, so for at least that event our plan will be completely different.

Stayed tune to our blog. We will be posting a complete report in June.

PS. Glad you liked the pictures. I'm trying to become a better photographer. It is a work in progress.
