How was Towncrier's Memorial Day meet?

We had a fabulous time. We would have loved to have stayed later, but had to get Kaleigh home for a bath and bed.

I guess Debbie's pictures say it all. I am mostly recovered from the weekend. I owe Sue and my kids a huge debt of gratitude for putting up with me an my annual picnic. We all had a great time and were overjoyed with the group that was able to attend the festivities this year.

Sleepover? Hmmmm. I'll have to float that one past Sue for next year.

We were so disappointed to miss the picnic this year. We always have a great time! Things just didn't fall into place this year. As it turns out, it was probably for the best. The weather on Monday didn't look too promising for getting home. The pictures are fabulous. Thanks, Debbie, for posting them! Hope to see you all next year! Oh, I just want to add that breakfast at the Hayes' house is always yummy!
