I really want to watch Duke beat Tennessee (NC girl who lived in TN 15 years). We gave up cable to stream only. Is there a way to watch the game on Paramount +? I have some live channels on it, but don't think I get where the game will stream.

I know I can watch online, but TV is too old to mirror my laptop.

Thanks for any suggestions, if there is a solution.

Is radio or a Spanish channel an option?

Ended up watching on my laptop. Since they always lose if I watch, I'm turning it off with 12 mins to go.

A good old set of rabbit ears would get you the local CBS network coverage.

Nope, it doesn't. We only get ABC with the antenna. But thanks for the suggestion.
Did you try moving the antenna around? That usually solves that problem since the digital switch.

There's no "usual" when it comes to TV reception. It depends on too many variables...
* Transmitter location vs receiver location.
* Transmitter power
* Height of receiving antenna
* Terrain between transmitter and receiver.
* VHF vs UHF.

Yes. Every so often it will scan and pick CBS up, but still not a good feed. We are definitely in range, but NBC and CBS allude us. I watch my CBS shows on Paramount + and just don't care about NBC.

My last station, and the local PBS station both believed the tech experts way back in the 1980's when they had to decide if they should apply for a UHF frequency for the digital switch or stay VHF. Experts said all the issues with digial on VHF will be resolved in 20 years when the switch happens. Guess what? They still aren't. My last station spent a who lot of money and legal hassle to get assigned a UHF frequency for a translator, so now that station is on both VHF and UHF

With digital, if you have too much signal, that can interfere with reception. There are websites that you can put in your address and it will tell you how far the transmitter is, in what direction, and how strong the signal will be. Rabbitears.info is one of them. If you're (or anyone) is interested, I can help talk you through using the site. If you're happy with what you've got, that's fine too.

Thanks, Sam! I will check that out and let you know.

The Woof Gods didn't like that.

Sorry your team lost. (Isn't Pitt still in the ACC?) We don't follow it closely, but DH went to Penn St so he has that game on. Lots of upsets, I see Princeton won again and Kansas lost.

:headache: :crazy2::tongue: I know, I know. The ACC went right down the tube.
Is it any consolation that Tennessee lost to FL Atlantic? Looks like no SEC teams left at all.
There is a couple of local women’s teams playing tomorrow, I may try to catch the end of those games
